The Heritage Festival at Ames Plantation in Grand Junction offers an opportunity for guests to travel back in time, lead by approximately 130 folk artists, musicians, re-enactors and demonstrators. The festival highlights the diverse lifestyles of West Tennesseans of the 19th century, from Native Americans to sharecroppers. The beautiful setting that has changed very little since the 1800s, and all homes in Heritage Village are authentic to the Ames Plantation.
The nonprofit event typically draws between 4,000 and 5,000 people. Folks in attendance come from a dozen states and more than half of the counties in Tennessee.
Focusing on educating individuals of all ages, the Heritage Festival emphasizes the importance of understanding and preserving the past. The event takes place October 10, 2015, at the Ames Plantation from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with free offsite parking and transportation to the event site provided.

We returned our form to participate as vendor at this year’s festival. Information on the form indicated you would contact us during August. As of this date, August 28, 2012, we have heard nothing from you. Or have we missed your call?
