1. Daffodil Day

Celebrate the coming of spring at the annual Daffodil Day festival in historic downtown Bell Buckle. In addition to thousands of daffodils lining the roads and farmlands for a 6-mile stretch of highway leading to Bell Buckle, festival highlights include a flower show, live music, vendors and more. The 2024 Daffodil Day takes place Saturday, March 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2. Tennessee Tulip Festival

Estimated March 16-April 14, 2024, Eagleville

Lucky Ladd Farms in Eagleville plants 700,000 tulips to bring visitors the largest tulip display experience in the Southeast at the Tennessee Tulip Festival. In addition to the spectacular pick-your-own tulip fields, festival admission includes more than 50 family-friendly farm activities. 3. Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival

April 13, 2024, Nashville

This unique Tennessee flower festival not only celebrates beautiful cherry blossoms but also Japanese culture. The free and family-friendly Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival on the front lawn of the Metro Courthouse at Nashville Public Square includes Japanese music and dance, a roving “Candyman,” martial arts demonstrations, art, anime merchandise, children’s activities, sumo-suit wrestling, a cosplay contest, and a variety of Japanese cuisine featuring special menus from some of Nashville’s favorite food trucks.

4. Flower & Food Festival

April 19-June 9, 2024, Pigeon Forge

Experience springtime in the Smokies at Dollywood’s annual Flower & Food Festival. The celebration centers around the beautiful blossoms and fresh flavors of the season as the park comes alive with more than 1 million stunning blooms for visitors to enjoy alongside garden-fresh bites, musical performances and more.

5. Iris Festival

April 27-May 4, 2024, Dresden

Enjoy the beauty of the season at Dresden’s annual Iris Festival, held April 27-May 4, 2024. What began as a community Easter parade in Dresden in 1980 has turned into one of Tennessee’s best-loved small-town festivals. Throughout the week, there’s a citywide yard sale, carnival, bingo games, a baking contest, community gospel sing-along, golf tournament, arts and crafts marketplace, quilt and needlework show, flower show, princess and queen pageants, music fest, 5K run, pet show and tractor pull.

6. Jackson Square Lavender Festival

June 15, 2024, Oak Ridge

Head to Historic Jackson Square in Oak Ridge this June for the annual Jackson Square Lavender Festival, which has been celebrating the fragrant herb since 1999. In addition to garden tours and informative presentations, the event features 130 artisans, live music, local and gourmet food trucks, free children’s activities and more. The 2024 festival takes place Saturday, June 15, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
