Stop by the Factory at Columbia for a variety of fresh and flavorful baked goods from Bethany and David Boran. Before they met, David and Bethany were baking separately in several cities in and outside of the U.S. Their paths first crossed in Antigua, Guatemala, in 2017. Two years later, they moved to Columbia, and in 2020, they opened B’s Salty & Sweet. Now it’s a favorite local spot for baked treats any time of day. Customer favorites include artisanal sourdough, signature pop tarts, handmade pastries, cookies, homemade crackers and granolas, daily lunch specials and more.
