Who says a burger can’t be healthy? Tennessee Farm Bureau member Alane Boyd started her company, BurgerFit, with a simple mission to help people eat more vegetables. In 2014, Boyd made her first meat and veggie burger, which inspired her to develop more creative recipes hiding nutritious vegetables inside burger patties.

Five years later, Boyd launched the BurgerFit cookbook, a collection of creative and healthy burger recipes made with a mixture of ground meat and vegetables. Most can be made in 30 minutes or less. The recipes have even been tested – and approved – by kids of all ages, making them perfect for families with picky eaters.

In addition to the cookbook, the company sells a healthy lifestyle planner, kitchen accessories and a variety of smoked salts.
