Fried alligator is on the menu at Cajunfest in Hampshire, Tenn., which takes place on May 28, 2016, from 12 to 8 p.m. Amber Falls Winery hosts the annual festival to raise funds for the Boys and Girls Club of Maury County. Visitors can enjoy authentic Cajun music, crawfish races and lots of Cajun food including boiled crawfish, jambalaya and boudin.
