You Gotta Love the Loveless Café
It’s been a Nashville-area landmark for more than 50 years, but in 2005 the Loveless Cafe underwent new ownership and is now sporting a fresh face and bright new ideas – as well as its beloved crackly-crisp fried chicken, fluffy biscuits and homemade preserves.
The old Loveless Motel rooms have been transformed into interesting shops and galleries. A Loveless Barn event center was constructed behind the café, with seating for up to 1,000 in a 10,000-square-foot barn. Rustic on the outside and state-of-the-art on the inside, the Loveless Barn hosts everything from TV tapings to live music events and songwriter nights.
But don’t forget the biscuits – as if anyone could.
The Loveless, 8400 Highway 100 in the Bellevue area of Nashville, is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For more information, visit www.loveless.com or call 615-646-9700.
