Oreo Lollipops

Ingredients:
1 16-ounce package Oreo cookies
8 ounces cream cheese
Paper lollipop sticks
Melted chocolate, optional
Procedure:
Pulse Oreos in food processor. Once they are crumbly, add cream cheese and pulse to incorporate. The mixture should have a shiny-looking sheen.
Roll the mixture into balls and place a stick in each. They can be dipped in melted chocolate or eaten as is. Store in the freezer for best results.
