Spiced Nut Mix

Ingredients:
3 cups salted mixed nuts
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, toss the nuts with the maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary and cayenne. Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
TIP: The nuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
