Blueberry Gingerbread Waffles

Gingerbread Waffles with Blueberry Orange Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 package (6 ounce) Driscoll’s blueberries
Procedure:
Stir flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
Whisk in eggs, milk and butter until smooth. Stir in blueberries. Pour 1 cup batter onto center of greased waffle maker. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully.
Top with Blueberry Orange Sauce or syrup.
